Rules of Membership

1. The aim of the Club is to have a sit down dinner amongst friends without children 4 times per year.

2. Each Member hosts the Club once per year at their home.

3. Globetrotters meet on an agreed Saturday night, 4 times per year in the non- daylight savings months nominally March, May, July & September.

4. The Host member supplies Main Course and Tea/coffee.

5. Each of the other Members supplies one of the following-: - Entree - Desert - Drinks

6. Any specialist cooking equipment or ingredients are to be supplied and brought to the host house by the member preparing the course.

7. Supply of courses is rotated after each meeting, so that each member supplies one of each course throughout the year.

8. Each meal shall have a theme country, starting at A and working through to Z. Each of the courses shall be representative of the theme country. The next theme country shall be decided by mutual agreement during the current dinner.

9. Theme dressing is encouraged but not mandatory.

10. Themed Host house decorating is encouraged but not mandatory.

11. Each of the prepared courses must NOT have been prepared by the member before.

12. Discussion on the selected courses between Club members is not allowed prior to the dinner.

13. Cooking shall alternate between the Girls and Boys after each meeting. ie Meeting one shall have all courses prepared only by the boys.

14. Rules can be changed by the Club members by mutual agreement.
